We’re Jose and Nicole, the husband-and-wife team behind our small regenerative farm in McMinnville, Tennessee. What began as a desire to live closer to the land has grown into a deep commitment to raising nourishing food in a way that honors creation, respects our animals, and strengthens our local community.

Our mission is simple: produce nutrient-dense food while stewarding the land responsibly for future generations.

We believe healthy food begins with healthy soil. That’s why we use regenerative farming practices that naturally build fertility, support biodiversity, and work in rhythm with the seasons instead of against them.

Our Farming Practices:

We farm with nature as our guide.

Our poultry is raised outdoors on pasture where they can forage, scratch, and move freely. They’re supplemented with organic, non-GMO, soy-free feed to support both animal health and food quality.

Our pigs are woodland-raised in environments that allow them to express natural behaviors while contributing to healthy forest ecosystems.

Our produce is grown using soil-building practices that improve the land year after year without relying on harmful chemicals or shortcuts that compromise long-term soil health.

Everything we do is rooted in the belief that farming should leave the land — and the people it feeds — better than before.
